The writing partnership

How we turn your thinking into a body of work.

  1. 01 · Conversation

We discuss what you’re noticing, questioning and learning—not just what happened at the company this week.

  2. 02 · Position

I identify the ideas that strengthen how you want to be known and connect them to the right audience.

  3. 03 · Writing

I develop the argument, structure and language while preserving the way you naturally think and speak.

  4. 04 · Refinement

You respond to the thinking rather than rewriting drafts. I learn from every round until the voice becomes instinctive.

Before we start

A few useful answers.

Will the writing sound like me?

The starting point is our conversation: your views, examples and way of speaking. You review the drafts, and your feedback helps refine the voice.

How much time will I need to give?

One 45–60 minute conversation each month, plus time to review drafts. We agree a review rhythm that works around your schedule.

Do you use AI to write posts?

We agree any use of AI before work begins, including what information can be shared with tools. Your ideas, editorial judgement and approval stay central to the writing.

How are revisions handled?

You respond to the ideas, tone and accuracy; I revise the writing. We agree revision rounds and turnaround times in the proposal before starting.

Can our work remain confidential?

Yes. We agree confidentiality requirements before starting, including whether the engagement or any work can ever be shared publicly.

Who owns the finished writing?

Ownership and usage rights are set out in our agreement before work begins, so you know exactly what you can publish and reuse.

How quickly can we begin?

Send a short enquiry. I’ll confirm current availability and suggest a start date once we’ve agreed the brief and scope.

Let’s put your thinking to work.
